Disconnect Service
To stop your electric service, please submit a disconnect request by logging into your mySSEMC account. If you do not have a mySSEMC account, please complete the form below.
MOBILE: To request a disconnect on your account, first click “More” at the bottom of the home screen. Then select “My Services." Select the account you wish to disconnect and click “Add & Edit Services." Click “Disconnect electric service” and complete all required fields that will be presented.
WEBSITE: To request a disconnect on your account through the mySSEMC website application, first select “My Services” from the menu on the left side of the homepage. Then select the account you wish to disconnect and click “Add & Edit Services." Click “Disconnect electric service” and complete all required fields that will be presented.
