mySSEMC replaces SmartHub
Snapping Shoals EMC is personalizing the SmartHub app and rebranding it as mySSEMC. If you have already downloaded the SmartHub app, it will still work but we suggest getting the newest mySSEMC app from the Google Play or iTunes store so that you don’t miss any upgrades or updates. From the mySSEMC app, you can:
  • Easily report outages
  • View and pay your bill
  • See your payment history and set up recurring payments on one or more accounts. Payment and billing information is shown in real-time.

Reliable electricity has always been a priority at SSEMC. Vegetation near our power lines can have an impact on the quality of service we provide. We have always worked to minimize the negative impact of maintaining our rights-of-way with consideration for our members’ property while maintaining rights-of-way that promote safety, cost efficiency and reliability.
