Reporting a power outage is easy with our mySSEMC app. Simply download the mySSEMC app to your smart phone or device from the Google Play or iTunes store. Click on the "Service Status", then select "My power is out" and then click on the "Report Outage/Submit." It's that easy!

With the mySSEMC app, you can also:

  • View and pay your bill.
  • View payment history and set up recurring payments on one or more accounts.
  • Monitor your energy consumption.
  • Receive alerts about account milestones, such as bill availability, and set markers to monitor changes in your usage based on events.
