Reporting a power outage is easier than ever with our mySSEMC app, but it’s important that we have your current information on file in case we need to contact you. We always
know your account and meter numbers; however, we depend on you for a current phone number.
Please look at the information on your monthly bill to see if the number we have for you is correct. To update your information, log into your mySSEMC account and click the My Profile
tab. From there, choose “Update My Billing and Contact Information.”
With the mySSEMC app, you can also:
- View and pay your bill.
- See your payment history and set up recurring payments on one or more accounts.
- Keep an eye on your energy consumption.
- Receive alerts about account milestones, such as bill availability, and set markers to monitor changes in your usage based on
